Attendance Information

Parents/Guardians are required to enter a student's absence, late arrival or early dismissal in SafeArrival using any of the three methods below. These options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Absences (full day, late arrivals, or early dismissals) may be scheduled in advance or on the day of the absence. 

  1. Use a mobile device - if you have not already downloaded and installed the SchoolMessenger app go to the Apple App or Google Play stores.
  2. Call the toll-free number: 1-888-292-9573 and report an absence using the automated phone system.
  3. Go to https://go.schoolmessenger.com - Log in and report an absence using the menu at the top left of the screen.

Create an account using either the SchoolMessenger Website or Mobile App. Use the email address on file with the district when signing up.

Absences shall be deemed "unlawful" unless the school receives a written excuse explaining the reason for the absences within three (3) days of the absence. 

Doctor notes must be turned in to the office within three (3) days of the student’s return to school or at-home learning for the absence to be marked non-cumulative. Doctor notes can be uploaded into SafeArrival, emailed to WREAttendance@pennridge.org, or faxed to West Rockhill at 215-257-2802.
