FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) FOR ACCESSING STUDENT REPORT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE
For best view of the information, use the website version of PowerSchool Parent Portal.
How do I view my Elementary School student’s report card (i.e. final traditional grades, standards grades and teacher comments) online?
Log on to the web version of the PowerSchool Parent Portal and select your Elementary School student.
- The Grades and Attendance screen opens. The only grades displayed on this screen are for Grades 1-5 STEM grades.
- Click Standards Grades
- Select Expand All to view Standards Grades.
- Scroll to Homeroom and click the comment bubble icon to view teacher comments in the Comment box.
Will the Elementary School print and distribute hard copies of my Elementary School student’s report card?
Only by request. To request a printed copy of your Elementary School student’s report card, please contact your student’s school. Alternately, to print the screens displayed on the parent portal, click the printer in the upper right corner of the screen.
Will I be able to view report cards online for my students who are not in Elementary School?
Yes. The ability to view report card information is also available for your students in middle and high school.
